Resumo

Africa is not only a continent forgotten by international concern, but also by popular fiction. Since Africa draws creators’ attention, it arouses phantasms and provokes both modern and colonial-mythological fiction that reflects each other, where new representations of enemy and barbarous can be found regardless time, genres or media.
