Is there a viable de jure objection to theistic belief?

Abstract:

In this paper I want to dispute Plantinga’s claim that there is no viable de jure objection to theistic belief that does not presuppose that such belief is false. So, contrary to Plantinga, I argue that there is at least one viable de jure objection, i.e., an objection to justification or warrant of theistic belief which does not previously depend nor presuppose the falsehood of theism.

Resumo:

Neste artigo pretendo disputar a alegação de Plantinga de que não existem objeções de jure viáveis à crença teísta que não pressupõem que tal crença é falsa. Assim, ao contrário de Plantinga, argumento que há pelo menos uma objeção de jure viável, i.e., uma objeção à justificação ou garantia da crença teísta que não depende previamente nem pressupõe a falsidade do teísmo.
